Who we are
Market Boooooster is a Malaysian digital marketing agency. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means our business. You can reach us about anything in this policy at calvin888marketing@gmail.com.
What we collect
- When you send our form: your name, business name, email, phone number (if you give it), type of business and your message.
- When you book a call: the details you enter on our Google Calendar booking page, such as your name, email and chosen time.
- When you message us on WhatsApp or by email: whatever you choose to send us.
- When you browse the site: if analytics is allowed, which pages you visit, roughly where you are (country and city), your device and browser type, and how you found us. This is counted in groups, not used to identify you.
We do not take payments on this site and we do not ask for sensitive data. Please don't send it to us.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange your free call.
- To do the work, if you become a client.
- To see which pages help visitors, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Who helps us
A few trusted services handle data for us, only to do the jobs below:
- FormSubmit delivers form messages to our inbox.
- Google runs our email and our booking calendar, and, if you allow it, Google Analytics for site visit counts.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages if you contact us there.
- Our web host keeps the site online and keeps standard server logs.
Some of these services store data outside Malaysia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months, unless you become a client.
- Client records: as long as we work together, and afterwards as long as the law requires (for example, tax records).
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw any consent you gave. Email us and we will answer within 21 days.
These rights come from Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In Malaysia, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Commissioner.
Cookies
The site itself works without cookies. If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics sets small cookies (named _ga) to count visits and see which pages help. We never use advertising cookies.
Visitors in Europe and the United Kingdom are asked first, and analytics stays off unless they say yes. Anyone can change their choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your data and limit who can see it. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please don't send passwords, card numbers or similar details.
Children
This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
